  Awful customer service! I was on the phone with hannah or anna whatever there name was and they were extremely rude an disrespectful! The agent kept sighing an kept telling me "how do you not know that?" In a rude manner! I felt like she did not respect me as a new possible customer kept smacking her lips at me an was getting irritated when I was asking questions in regards to the policy and the quote she gave me. VERY DISRESPECTFUL! RUDE! UNPROFESSIONAL! NEVER IN A LIFETIME WILL I EVEF EVER!! RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR. A POSSIBLE NEW CUSTOMER!!!!

  I have been very happy with this Allstate agency. They have worked quickly to add and remove vehicles from my policy (this happens all the time thanks to my car loving husband!), and their rates are very competitive. They have even emailed proof of insurance directly to dealerships during the car purchasing process. I highly recommend them!
